Sandeep Jain is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in talent management, learning and development. Currently serving as Capability Building Lead at Max Life Insurance Company Limited since July 2010, Sandeep designs and deploys learning journeys focused on Sales Leadership and Capability development. Prior roles at Max Life include Talent Management & Employee Engagement Lead, where Sandeep implemented strategies for identifying and developing high-potential employees, and Employee Engagement Lead, responsible for culture and engagement initiatives. Sandeep has also held significant positions at EXL Service and Wipro Ltd., focusing on leadership development and building functional capability.
