James Adler has an extensive work experience history. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at MaxIterations, a position they have held since January 2022. Additionally, James is a Co-Owner at LinenMaster, commencing from January 2022.

In their previous roles, James was a Principal at Dominus Capital from June 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they served as Vice President at Dominus Capital from March 2015 to June 2021.

Prior to joining Dominus Capital, James worked at Wellspring Capital Management as a Vice President from June 2014 to March 2015, Senior Associate from December 2011 to June 2014, and as an Associate from March 2009 to December 2011.

James began their career as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank from June 2007 to March 2009.

James Adler completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Wharton School from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from William & Mary, attending from 2003 to 2007. James obtained their high school diploma from Floyd Kellam High School between 1999 and 2003. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in September 2011.
