Aaron Brown is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits and global business development sectors, currently serving as Regional Director for EMEA Business Development at MAXIS Global Benefits Network since October 2014. In this role, Aaron leads a team of 25 experts, focusing on Employee Benefit Risk Financing and specializing in Global Employee Benefits Strategy, Captive Risk Transfer, multinational pooling, and alternative financing strategies. Prior to this position, Aaron held various roles at MAXIS, including Regional Director for the UK & Ireland and Senior Multinational Account Executive. Aaron's experience also includes significant roles at MetLife, where as a Multinational Account Manager, relationships with corporate clients from diverse sectors were fostered. Additional experience encompasses roles in mortgage consulting and financial advisory, supplemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Global Politics and International Relations from the University of London.
