Rachael Cunningham currently serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at Maximus UK, where responsibilities include leading and delivering the Quality strategy for the Connect division. In addition, Rachael operates as the Continuous Improvement Manager and Business Owner at Me Time Fitness, focusing on antenatal and postnatal fitness for women. Previous experience includes Franchise Owner at One Fit Mama and Quality and Insight Manager at The Reducing Reoffending Partnership Limited, where Rachael managed quality assessments and implemented service improvements.
