Emma Draper currently serves as Head of Operations at Maximus UK since January 2023. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Ingeus from June 2008 to December 2022, where Emma held multiple positions including Head of Delivery, Regional Manager, Head of Performance and Operations for the National Citizen Service, Commercial and Contracts Manager for the NCS, Performance and Delivery Manager, Team Manager, Learning and Development Consultant, and Employment Advisor. Emma also worked as a Project Manager for The Reducing Reoffending Partnership Limited from December 2015 to April 2016 and as a Senior Ambassador at the University of Nottingham from July 2006 to August 2008. Emma's career began as an Administrator at Alupro in 2005. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French, German, and Spanish from the University of Nottingham, obtained in 2008, and graduated from Alcester Grammar School in 2004.
