Shubhi Sikarwar is a professional with a solid background in research, strategy, and management. Currently serving as Manager | Growth || Strategy at Maximl since October 2023, Shubhi previously worked as a Research Analyst at Ai Palette from August 2022 to September 2023 and contributed to product research and content development at TIOS India from June 2021 to July 2022. Earlier experiences include a focus on government policy and ethics as a Civil Services Aspirant with the Union Public Service Commission from August 2017 to September 2021, and administration of campus placement activities as Placement Secretary at Rajasthan Technical University from July 2016 to April 2017. Shubhi also gained research experience as an intern at Indian Oil Corp Limited and participated in a project on the sustainability of atomic energy at Rajasthan Atomic Power Station. Shubhi holds a B.Tech in Petrochemical Engineering from University Engineering College, Kota, completed in 2017.
