Frederick Jackson is an experienced Product Owner at MAXEX since February 2018, specializing in the implementation of features within the SAFe Agile framework and managing the team backlog while facilitating change management with business partners for successful product launches. Prior to this role, Frederick served as a Quality Assurance Analyst, overseeing test executions for new features and documenting validation processes. Previously at Brambles, Frederick was an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst, developing quality assurance plans, executing test cases for global projects, and assessing risks related to change requests. Frederick's career also includes artistic roles with the International Opera Studio at Opernhaus Zurich and as an Emerging Artist with the Virginia Opera Association. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Voice and Opera from Oberlin College, complemented by studies at George Mason University and Georgia Piedmont Technical College.
