Heidi Hanan possesses extensive experience in accounting and customer support roles, currently serving as the Billing Customer Master Team Lead at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since December 2022. With a longstanding tenure at Mickey Thompson Performance Racing, beginning in September 2006, Heidi has held various positions, including Accounting Specialist and Motorsports Trackside Support/Accounting. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable using SAP, conducting financial analysis, overseeing inventory and payroll operations, and training employees. Previous experience includes working as a Tax Associate Level 1 and Customer Service Specialist at H&R Block. Heidi holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts degree and licenses in insurance.
