Laurent Bindschaedler is a seasoned researcher and leader in the field of computer science, currently serving as a Research Group Leader at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems since October 2022. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellow position at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from September 2020 to October 2022, and a PhD candidate at EPFL from July 2013 to September 2020, where Laurent also contributed as a Scientific Assistant. Laurent's background includes co-founding and serving as Vice President of Engineering at LakeMind, and working in various capacities within the Swiss Armed Forces as an IT Pioneer.
