Roy Segev is a skilled Data Engineer currently working at Max מקס since June 2022, focusing on big data development using Hadoop, ETL processes, Kafka, and Python. Previously, Roy served as an ETL Developer for Aman Group from July 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included the design, development, automation, and support of complex data extraction, transformation, and loading applications. Prior to this role, Roy was a Technical Support Specialist at Bezeq International from 2017 to 2020 and a Network Engineer in the Israeli Air Force from 2013 to 2016. Academically, Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration focusing on Computer and Information Systems Security at the same institution, expected to complete in October 2025. Additionally, Roy completed a software boot camp at Amdocs.
