Hanni Pshetisky has extensive work experience in various project management roles. Hanni worked at Max from 2018 to 2021 as a Corporate Operation Director, where they led cross-organizational programs and managed resources and budgets. Hanni also implemented work procedures to improve ongoing processes and supervised a team of product managers. Before that, from 2007 to 2017, they worked as a Strategy Project Manager at Max, leading strategic projects from initiation to launch and managing budgets and workflows. Prior to Max, from 1996 to 2006, they were a Project Manager at Eshed, where they led projects in healthcare services and implemented logistics systems. In 2007, they also worked as a Project Manager in the Business Development and Strategy Division at Leumi Card.

Hanni Pshetisky began their education in 1993 at The College of Management Academic Studies, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Management Engineering with a focus on international marketing. This program lasted until 1994. In 1995, Hanni continued their studies at the University of Sunderland, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in International Marketing. This program concluded in 1996.
