First earning a degree in nursing from Howard University, then taking on 2 M.A. degrees and finally earning her Ed.D in Educational Leadership, Dr. Regina Stroud has spent the past 20 years as an executive and thought leader in the California Community College System. With deep experience in all areas of higher education: curriculum & instruction, operations, administration and fiscal management & planning, Dr. Stroud has always had one foot in the future. In joining the Max-Grad board and mission, Dr. Stroud continues to develop the future, while shaping the present.
