John Gunstone is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Software Development Leader at Max Fordham LLP since July 2013, where responsibilities include developing and deploying code for the automation of engineering design and analysis. Previously, John held roles as Senior Engineer and Project Engineer, gaining expertise in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) and Environmental Design, as well as HVAC and electrical design, project management, and delivering comprehensive CAD solutions. Earlier in the career, John specialized as an Engineer and Building Physics Specialist, focusing on building performance simulations. Additionally, a research internship at Arizona State University involved RNA molecule analysis utilizing a Scanning Tunneling Microscope. John holds a Chemical Physics MSci degree from UCL, completed in 2013.
