Caterina Pace is an HR Specialist at MAW since January 2022, specializing in the search and selection of technical and industrial profiles. Responsibilities include posting job announcements, candidate sourcing on specialized sites, CV screening, conducting online and in-person interviews, and presenting candidate profiles to client companies. Previously, Caterina completed a recruitment internship within the same team and worked as a psychologist at Centro Privato from December 2015 to December 2021, as well as a psychology intern at Ospedale San Carlo. Caterina holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Professional Datagest and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio'​ di Chieti. Additional training includes a course on Human Resources focusing on psychometric tools for professional orientation.
