Lisa Breier Urban is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently serving as a General Public Member for the New York City Environmental Control Board since January 2024, Lisa was appointed by the NYC Mayor's office to review draft appeal decisions from the OATH Appeals Division. As a Partner at Mavrides, Moyal, Packman & Sadkin, LLP since May 2021, Lisa continues to specialize in real estate. Previous roles include Supervising Transactional Attorney at Kossoff PLLC from June 2014 to April 2021, Manager Partner at Breier Deutschmeister Urban Popper Law Group from November 2010 to May 2014, and Owner/Managing Partner at Breier Deutschmeister Urban & Fromme from January 1991 to November 2010. Lisa obtained a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Liberal Arts from Stony Brook University.
