Rashmi Sharma started their work experience in 2021 as a Consultant Trainee at MTX Group. Rashmi worked there until June 2022. In June 2022, they joined mavQ as an Associate Software Development Engineer. Later in September 2022, they were promoted to the role of a Software Engineer at mavQ.

Rashmi Sharma pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Rashmi attended the university from 2017 to 2021.
