Rich Moss is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Mavik Ventures since December 2023, Rich specializes in recruiting talent for machine learning, artificial intelligence, and modern tech stacks, achieving a 150% increase in the ML candidate pipeline within eight weeks. As the Founder of Moss Search since June 2013, Rich focuses on recruiting senior-level niche roles for high-frequency trading firms across North America, Asia, and Europe.
