Sarah Oreck, MD MS, is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in mental health care, particularly focused on perinatal psychiatry. As the Co-founder and CEO of Mavida Health since July 2022, Sarah Oreck leads efforts to provide mental health support for individuals on the path to parenthood in California, New York, and New Jersey. Alongside this role, Sarah Oreck serves as a Medical Advisor for Perelel and Origin, and maintains a Psychiatry Private Practice established in June 2018. Previous positions include Perinatal Psychiatry Consultant at Providence Health & Services, Consulting Psychiatrist at Cedars-Sinai, and contributions as an On-Camera Talent for MedCircle. Sarah Oreck completed a fellowship in Women's Mental Health and Reproductive Psychiatry at Columbia University, where a residency in Psychiatry was also completed. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, a Master's degree in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from Yale University.
