Kelli McGrath is a seasoned recruitment and sales operations professional with extensive experience in the technology staffing industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Recruiting and Sales Operations at Maverick Technology Partners since October 2024, Kelli is responsible for connecting a national customer base with highly skilled IT and business consultants. Previously, Kelli held the position of Vice President and Director of Recruiting at Planet Technology from January 2021 to October 2024, contributing to global staffing and recruitment efforts across various technology sectors. Kelli's career also includes a significant tenure at WinterWyman, where as Vice President and Manager of Recruiting for Technology, recruitment strategies were employed for a diverse range of clients. Earlier experiences include leadership roles at Hoffman Recruiters and Hudson. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
