Shaik Mohammed Fayaz is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications domain with extensive experience in core network technologies. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff III at Mavenir since November 2021, Shaik focuses on UPF Nodes, addressing various UPF features while engaging in customer issue reproduction and debugging. Prior to this role, Shaik was a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems (India) Private Limited, where involvement included 4G and 5G core network nodes and integration testing of functionalities within the 5G architecture. Earlier experience at Tech Mahindra included work on the end-to-end core network for 4G and participation in the transition to CUPS architecture, alongside performance testing across multiple nodes. Shaik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Madanapalli Institute of Technology & Science.
