Diane Marsfelder, PMP, serves as the Principal Consultant at Mavendog, LLC since November 2020, focusing on expediting and managing complex programs and organizational transitions, including the implementation of a Learning Management System for a global manufacturing company. Previously, Diane held the position of VP Finance Projects at Elior North America from November 2013 to April 2020, establishing project management methodologies for company integrations. Diane's experience includes roles as a Senior Project Consultant at Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group, Managing Consultant at Project Managers, Inc., Project Manager at Resources Global Professionals, Director of Projects at Compass Group, and Director of US Accounting at Eastman Kodak, where Diane’s leadership led to significant operational improvements and cost reductions. Diane earned a BS in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
