Shala Fardin is a highly accomplished dermatologist with extensive experience in clinical practice and education. Currently serving as a volunteer dermatologist at MAVEN Project since September 2023, Shala has also held the position of Volunteer Assistant Clinical Professor in Dermatology at UCSF Medical Center since 2008. As a co-founder and dermatologist at Southern Marin Dermatology, Inc. from 2012 to October 2023, Shala contributed significantly to the field. Previous roles include advisory work at Odeza from 2018 to October 2023 and locums dermatologist positions at various esteemed practices between 2008 and 2012. Shala's education includes a Dermatology residency at Harvard-MGH, where the role of Chief Resident was held from 2006 to 2007, alongside an MD from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University.
