Marylou Grimaldi has extensive work experience in sales, customer service, and marketing. Marylou most recently held the position of Vice President of Sales and Service at The Arena Group. Before that, they were Vice President of Membership Sales and Services at Maven. Prior to that, they worked at TheStreet as the Director of Sales and Customer Service for Premium Membership Services, as well as the Director of Sales. Marylou also has experience at American Express, where they held senior marketing manager roles in both customer acquisition and merchant acquisition. Additionally, they worked at American Express OPEN as a senior marketing manager in retention. Marylou's early career was spent at British Airways, where they managed the consumer loyalty program in the US and Canada.
Marylou Grimaldi received a certificate in Marketing Diploma from London Business School in 1999-2000. Prior to that, they earned a certificate in Management Studies from Oxford Brookes University in 1997-1998. Marylou'seducation goes as far back as 1986-1988 when they completed an AS degree in Liberal Arts from Nassau Community College.
