Maya Ayad is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Talent Management Supervisor at MAVEN Developments since January 2022. In this role, Maya develops and manages the annual manpower plan to align with business needs and oversees the entire recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers. Prior to this, Maya held the position of Recruitment & OD Specialist at MARAKEZ, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for multiple divisions such as Construction and Food & Beverage. Maya's experience in human resources also includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Right Foods Egypt and Misr Pharmacies, as well as a position focused on recruitment processes at IMI International. Maya holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from HRCI - USA and a degree from Cairo University.
