Andrew O'Neill is a Principal at Act Venture Capital since December 2018, focusing on early-stage investments and supporting visionary founders. O'Neill is also a Kauffman Fellow in Class 26, engaged in an executive education program aimed at developing leaders in venture capital. In addition to these roles, Andrew O'Neill serves on the boards of several companies, including Mavarick, Micron Agritech, and Playter, and holds the position of Board Observer at GreyScout. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding various startups from 2017 to 2020 and working in operations and project management at Burgess from 2011 to 2017. Andrew O'Neill's academic background includes degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, University College Dublin, and Trinity Business School.
