Jenny Roof is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and operational leadership within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Field Experience & Operations at maurices since May 2022, Jenny has a strong track record of enhancing workforce performance and customer experience through innovative training solutions. Previous roles include Training & Development Manager at ALDI USA, where leadership development and performance management were key focuses, as well as managerial positions at Walgreens, Macy's, and Sears Home Services. Jenny Roof has also operated their own consulting business since January 2019, bringing expertise in learning program design and implementation to various organizations. An alumna of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Textiles, Jenny has demonstrated a commitment to advancing workforce development throughout a career spanning nearly two decades.
