Jim McGarvey is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and recruitment. Currently serving as an Account Executive and Recruiter at Mattson Resources since September 2008, Jim specializes in the Engineering Department. Prior to this role, Jim was a Loan Servicing Department Manager at BancForce Financial Staffing from November 2007 to June 2008, where responsibilities included developing and recruiting candidates in the mortgage and asset management sectors. Additionally, Jim held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Closet World from April 1996 to December 2007, managing and training a large team of commission-only salespeople across Southern California. Jim earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, following education at Dana Hills High School.
