Arnab Bhattacharyya has a strong background in IT service delivery and information security. Arnab started their career as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Wipro BPO in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Arnab then joined HyperQuality, where they held various roles such as Senior Executive - IT Service Desk, Team Lead - IT Service Delivery, and Assistant Manager - IT Service Delivery from 2008 to 2015. In 2015, they joined MattsenKumar LLC and has since progressed through various positions, including Manager-IT Service Delivery, Group Manager IT Service Delivery, Senior Manager - Information Security and IT Service Delivery, and currently serving as the Director - Information Security & IT Service Delivery.

Arnab Bhattacharyya completed their 12th grade education at Caesar School from 1990 to 1998. Arnab also obtained additional certifications including the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in 2020 and the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification from Sgs United Kingdom Ltd in 2019.
