Kate Caddy is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the Director of Sustainability at the International Sleep Products Association since April 2022 and has held the role of Sustainability Manager at the Mattress Recycling Council since September 2017. With a solid background in regulatory affairs, Kate's previous positions include Regulatory Affairs Manager at DSM and Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Henkel of America. Kate holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Community Environmental Studies from Colby-Sawyer College.
