Michele Etgen - Gouhin has extensive experience in ecommerce and technology strategy, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at CBUS Retail since September 2022. From August 2011 to September 2023, Michele held various leadership roles at Lane Bryant, including VP Ecommerce & Technology Strategy and VP Client Experience. Prior to that, Michele was the Director of Ecommerce Operations at DSW, where responsibilities included launching the DSW website and overseeing operations and facility planning. Michele's career at Lane Bryant began in 1991, with positions ranging from Director of Information Technology to Director of Store Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst at Safelite. Educational qualifications include a Certification in Product Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Ohio University.
