Sarita Prakash has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as a Delivery Manager and Team Administrator at MATTR since November 2019. Prior to this role, Sarita operated multiple cafes under Salt and Pepper Cafes Limited from April 2016 to August 2019, overseeing various locations including Kerrs/Kings Garden Cafe and Steely Blue Cafe. Sarita's career also includes a position as a Facilities Management Officer at Inland Revenue NZ from October 2015 to April 2016.
