Norm Williams has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1987 as a Systems Analyst for TW Phillips Gas & Oil. In 1989, they moved to Matthews International where they held various roles, including Sr. Systems Analyst and most recently, Head of Information Technology.

Norm Williams attended PennWest Clarion from 1981 to 1986, where they studied Computer Science.
