Pilsun Choi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Matthews Asia since February 2018, Pilsun has previously held the position of Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors from April 2012 to February 2018, where the focus was on advising Irish UCITS funds and UK OEIC funds. Prior to that, Pilsun worked as Vice President at AllianceBernstein, specializing in Luxembourg-domiciled UCITS funds, Cayman Island Trusts, and Irish Investment Trusts from November 2006 to March 2012. Pilsun began the legal career as an Associate at Clifford Chance from September 2002 to October 2006, working on matters related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and mutual funds. Pilsun Choi holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell Law School (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Seoul National University (1990-1994).
