Olya Hayat is a seasoned professional in business compliance and risk management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Business Compliance at Matthews Asia since October 2019, Olya previously held significant roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President in both Asset Management and Private Wealth Management, where responsibilities encompassed compliance and special projects management. Additionally, Olya has expertise as an Independent Contractor focusing on sales and distribution compliance and served as a Field Supervisor at the National Futures Association. Olya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from DePaul University, where participation in the Honors Program was achieved.
