Maxeme Tuchman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in education and technology. Currently serving as General Manager for Caribu at Mattel, Inc. since October 2022, Tuchman previously co-founded and led Caribu, an award-winning educational platform for children, from August 2016 to October 2022. Additional notable experiences include serving as a White House Fellow at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where Tuchman acted as a strategic policy advisor, and as Executive Director for Teach For America Miami-Dade, working to enhance educational opportunities in the region. Tuchman's educational background encompasses an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from New College of Florida.
