Cesar Torres is a highly experienced creative professional with a robust background in illustration, design, and brand management, particularly within the toy and entertainment industries. At Mattel, Inc. since August 2015, Cesar has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Vehicles Brand Creative, where responsibilities encompassed managing brand identity and packaging for prominent product lines like WWE. Prior to this, significant experience includes creative direction at Encore Inc, traffic management at Designory, Inc., and leadership roles at J Bullock & Associates, leading numerous successful projects across diverse media formats. Cesar holds a Master of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from California State University, Long Beach.
