Dean Farrow has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and art direction. Dean currently holds the position of Creative Director at MATTA since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Creative Art Director from February 2020 to May 2022 and as a Creative Art Director from August 2018 to February 2020 at the same company.

Before joining MATTA, Dean worked as an Art Editor at Runner's World UK from January 2016 to July 2018. Dean also gained experience as a Senior Designer at Runner's World magazine UK from July 2013 to January 2016.

Dean's earlier work experience includes positions such as Art Director at Cambridge Publishers Ltd CPL from October 2009 to July 2013, where they worked on various design projects for clients including Darley Stud Management, Molson Coors Brewery, Brand USA Essentially America, and others. Dean also worked as a Graphic Designer at Blubeetle Graphic Design, Sydney as a freelancer, focusing on advertising and business marketing design, from February 2009 to May 2009. Prior to that, they served as a Graphic Designer at K design / Kallkwik, a national design agency, from January 2007 to November 2008, where they worked with clients like The National Trust, Holiday Inn, and Greene King Brewery.

Throughout their career, Dean has excelled in producing high-end graphics, including editorial design, advertising, corporate branding, graphic illustration, and web design. Dean has also been actively involved in client liaising.

Dean Farrow's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Suffolk New College (UEA) Ipswich. Dean pursued a Foundation degree in Graphic Design, completing it in 2003. Following this, they continued their education at Anglia Ruskin University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design.
