Sofia Westerdahl has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sofia began their career in 1997 at Flextronics International Sweden as a Teamleader, where they worked until 2002. Sofia then joined IVT Värmepumpar as a Montör/lagerarbetare and stayed there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Resia Sverige as a Resesäljare for a brief period of time. Subsequently, they worked at Adecco as a Konsult from 2008 to 2015. Most recently, they have been employed at Matsmart Scandinavia AB since 2015, initially as an Arbetsledare and currently as a Warehouse Administrator Specialist.

Sofia Westerdahl attended Duveholmsgymnasiet from 1992 to 1995. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. In 2002, Sofia briefly studied at ETT Eskilstuna and obtained a Travel Agency Operator degree in the field of Turism och reseverksamhet.
