Efrain Garza has extensive experience in client services within the science industry, currently serving as a Corporate Client Services Specialist at Matrix Sciences since July 2021, after previously working as a Corporate Client Services Representative from June 2018 to July 2021. At Matrix Sciences, Efrain provides remote support across all divisions and improves existing processes through various projects. Efrain also assists in laboratory operations and effectively communicates scientific processes to clients, showcasing versatility. Prior to this, Efrain gained valuable experience as a Laboratory Assistant at Ripon College, an Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Dean of Students, a Resident Assistant, and through an internship as a Research Scientist at Green Lake Association. Efrain holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Pre-Medical Studies from Ripon College, completed in 2018.
