Idan Granach is a Senior Program Manager in the ERP Division at Matrix, where responsibilities include managing a team of engineers and leading the development of a new cloud product roadmap since January 2016. Prior to this role, Idan served as a Technical Account Manager, focusing on guiding customers through the lifecycle of information systems projects and ensuring the effective use of ERP applications and Oracle products. Experience also includes serving as the Information System Manager at I.M.S Lapaz Hospital from October 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing ERP systems, developing new processes, and creating Business Intelligence reports. Earlier in Idan's career, positions included involvement in CMMI organizational processes at ELTA, where process improvement initiatives were implemented. Idan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Technology with a focus on Project Management from the Holon Institute of Technology.
