Stephen Ray has extensive experience in purchasing and project management, with a career spanning several decades. Since 1969, Stephen has served as Purchasing Manager for Matrix NAC, following previous roles as Purchasing Manager at Matrix SME from 2012 to 2014 and various managerial positions at S. M. Electric Co., Inc. from 1975 to 2012, including Construction Manager and Project Manager. Stephen initially began a career in the US Navy, serving as Gunners Mate-Missles from 1969 to 1975, after completing educational programs at Navy Divers School and Navy Gunners Mate Missles A & C Schools. Stephen's foundational education was completed at Piscataway High School in 1969.
