Juan Mack has over 20 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Juan started their career in 1998 as a Training Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. In 2001, they joined Telscape Communications as a Network Administrator for a brief period. Juan then moved to Matrix Integration in the same year and held various positions. Juan worked as an IT Administrator from November 2001 to December 2013. Starting from January 2013, they served as an Information Technology Manager until March 2018. During this time, they also took on the role of IT & Support Services Manager from January 2016 to March 2017. Lastly, they held the position of Managed Services Manager from March 2018.
Juan Mack has a diverse educational history. Juan began their education at Universidad Católica Santa MarÃa La Antigua, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering. Their studies spanned from 1994 to 2000. Following this, Juan pursued further education and enrolled at the University of Phoenix, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology Management. Their time at the University of Phoenix lasted from 2003 to 2005.
In addition to their formal education, Juan has also obtained certifications in various fields. In March 2021, they earned a certification in Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers from ConnectWise. Prior to that, in December 2020, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert. These additional certifications showcase their commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry practices.
