Laze Ristoski has a diverse background in software engineering and game development. Laze started their career at ITgma in 2010 as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2014. During this time, they gained experience in software development. In 2014, they joined Matrix Global as a Senior Software Engineer, where they continued to enhance their skills. In the same year, they also joined Crazy Labs as a Unity3D Game Developer. Laze worked in this role until February 2017, when they were promoted to the position of Technical Lead. As a Technical Lead at Crazy Labs, Laze took on more responsibilities in overseeing and leading the development team.
Laze Ristoski holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from the Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódi' vo Skopje.
