Akshay Kumar Singh is an experienced professional in the technical services and software domains, currently serving as an Associate Team Lead at Matrix Comsec since March 2019. In this role, Akshay leads the Technical Services Team and manages technical escalations for the India region. Previous positions include Product Owner specializing in Access Control and Time Attendance, where responsibilities included creating user stories and resolving conflicts during daily stand-ups, as well as serving as a Senior Engineer and Technical Consultant, focusing on escalated cases, database integration, and product demonstrations. Early career experiences involved technical support roles and a brief tenure as a Technical Sales Executive at SoftNice. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Babaria Institute and is a distinguished former cadet of the National Cadet Corps.
