Mark W. Johnson currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Mativ since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple positions at Kimball International, including President of Kimball Hospitality, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary from February 2020 to October 2023. Mark also served as Chief Legal, Governance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Kimball International. From November 2009 to February 2020, Mark worked as Deputy General Counsel at Newell Brands Inc. Earlier in their career, Mark was an attorney at McGuireWoods from September 2001 to October 2009. Mark earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Michigan Law School between 1998 and 2001 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from Hampton University from 1994 to 1998.
