Arpit Patidar is currently serving as a Management Trainee at Mati Carbon, focusing on implementing Enhanced Rock Weathering for carbon removal and managing large-scale trials involving basalt dust in Jharkhand. Prior to this role, Arpit was a Department Placement Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and completed a live project at Futures First, where the development of a Pairs Trading Strategy was undertaken. Arpit has also gained experience through internships at ITC Limited, working on yield optimization in biscuit production, and at Adani Wilmar Limited, where knowledge of unit operations and data analysis was applied. Furthermore, Arpit has participated in a program at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing related to natural resource management. Arpit holds a Master of Technology in Food Process Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore.
