Balvinder Dhillon is an accomplished student and researcher currently holding multiple roles, including Student Ambassador at MathWorks and Undergraduate Researcher at the Digital Environment Research Institute. Since October 2021, Balvinder has served as an Advisor and President at Hyperlink, leading a team of over 140 students in hyperloop pod development for international competitions. In addition, Balvinder has made significant contributions to biomedical research, being the first author of two research papers and working with various teams on projects related to medical robotics and bionic hand design at Advanced Robotics @ Queen Mary. Balvinder co-founded and manages a multidisciplinary team for the Cybathlon Vision Assistance competition and has received accolades for innovations in biosensors. Education includes pursuing a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Queen Mary University of London.
