Constance Gully

Advisor at MathBRIX

Constance Gully is currently an advisor at MathBRIX. From August 2009 to August 2014, they served as the Executive Vice President of Business and Financial Affairs at Harris-Stowe State University. In this role, they were responsible for the management of physical plant operations, accounting and bursar’s office, campus public safety, purchasing and procurement, human resources, mailroom services, facilities rental, transportation, and switchboard operations. Constance also coordinated efforts with the President’s executive leadership team to provide strategic direction for the areas of finance and administrative operations. Additionally, they were responsible for developing and administering university operating and capital budgets as well as auxiliary operating budgets for residences halls, the early childhood center, and miscellaneous agency and grant operations. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, they were responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and goals related to the effective operations of the university. Furthermore, they prepared state budgets and financial reports submitted to the Missouri Department of Higher Education (MDHE) and participated in Business Officer meetings to monitor and ensure adherence to state statutes and other policies as established by the MDHE. Lastly, they reviewed and assessed state and federal legislative activity as it relates to higher education.

Constance Gully has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lindenwood University, a Bachelors in Business Administration - Accounting from Illinois State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting from Illinois State University. Constance is certified by LinkedIn in Learn Emotional Intelligence and Improving Your Listening Skills, and by 8450 in Certified Public Accountant.
