Amy Lee is an experienced mathematics educator, currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at the NYC Department of Education since September 2012 and as a Teacher Fellow for Math for America since August 2013. Previously, Amy held positions as an Adjunct CLT for Calculus I and III and a Mathematics Tutor at Borough of Manhattan Community College, along with teaching 6th and 7th graders at Elmhurst Tutorial Services. Additional experience includes volunteering at the Museum of Mathematics and instructional roles as a student teacher and in clinical experiences across various educational settings. Amy holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Queens College.
