Kristina Petkovska Lund is an accomplished HR and operations professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Head of HR & Operations at Maternity Foundation since January 2025, Kristina previously held various roles at Reach for Change from January 2017 to December 2024, including Head of Human Resources, Global Human Resources Manager, and Global HR Officer, focusing on supporting social entrepreneurs aimed at improving children's lives. Kristina also has a background in early childhood education and hospitality, with roles at Willerrupgård Vuggestue and Restaurant Hercegovina. Academically, Kristina holds a degree in Human Resource Management from FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet and a Master's degree in Intercultural Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by additional studies at Malmö University in multilingual and multicultural education.
